We design our digital products, courses, and tools with care and intention — and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Because our resources are delivered digitally and accessed instantly, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and respectful to all.

Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Downloads)

All digital products — including Notion templates, Canva designs, planners, and other downloads — are non-refundable once purchased.

This is because digital files are instantly accessible upon payment and cannot be “returned.”

However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link, missing file, or access problem), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@glowth.space, and we’ll make sure you receive the correct file or a replacement.

We may offer a refund only in special cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases or proven technical errors.

Glowth Academy Programs & Courses

For Glowth Academy programs, workshops, or mentorships:

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been started or accessed.

• Once you begin accessing course materials, attending live sessions, or downloading content, refunds are no longer available.

We offer this policy to protect both our educators’ time and the integrity of the learning experience.

If you encounter personal or technical difficulties, please email us — we’ll always do our best to find a supportive solution (such as rescheduling or credit toward another program).

Physical Products (if applicable in the future)

If Glowth ever introduces physical items (journals, planners, or merchandise):

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds (in eligible cases) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
